We are holding our first literary and history day at the Star on Sunday 3 November 2024. It’s our real ale and real cider festival, with 30 different ales/ciders on throughout the weekend. The pub is open from 16:00 until 23:00 on Thursday and Friday, and from 12:00 until 23:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Pizzas are served from 18:30 until 22:00 on Thursday and Friday, and from 17:00 until 22:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Throughout the weekend, for £25 you can get five pints of real ale/cider (or ten half pints) and a pizza.
