We put together an A-Team of Citra and Galaxy with our super fruity house yeast strain to make a classic New England IPA – just a hint of bitterness, and a balance of sharper citrus fruits to stop the tropical aroma being too sweet.
To round out the series, to put a line in the sand, to start the evening right or just to hold a baby sharks hand. Do do do do dooooo.
When it comes to festive flavours, there are few more iconic than the combination of zesty orange and creamy milk chocolate. No longer served by the slice, we’ve crafted this decadent dessert sour with the perfect balance of silky sweetness and zingy citrus in every sip.
Since April 1991, the Köstritzer black beer brewery, a subsidiary of the Bitburger brewery, has emerged as of one of the most modern breweries in Thuringia. In September 1993, it was with great pride we (re-) introduced the “original Köstritzer black beer”.
Brewed with Pilsner malt – like all decent lagers – this authentic lager is then dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops to add big, fruity hop flavours. Dry hopping allows us to pack more of a flavour punch and adds brilliant hop aromas. It’s then ‘lagered’ (cold conditioned) to produce a full, well rounded flavour. This golden lager is light, crisp and refreshing with subtle malty flavours and a super hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and passionfruit.
Adnams is well-known for brewing beer and making spirits and has enjoyed a great reputation for wine for many years; but we had never a made cider before. In Wild Wave’s unique blend of apples, we were looking for depth of flavour, but also additional tannins which add body and that refreshing, astringent finish you would get from a dry white wine. This gives a cider both drinkability and a versatility akin to wine in terms of food pairing. We worked alongside Gloucestershire cider maker Rod Clifford to produce just the right blend of bittersweet and dessert apples. Wild Wave is a high juice, full-bodied, cider with a refreshing balance thanks to its unique blend of bittersweet and dessert apples. Inspired by a walk on Southwold beach, the vision was to create a premium cider made entirely from English apples, with a taste so fresh and fruity, it would feel like a refreshing splash in the face.
Light amber, packed with a smooth citrus punch. Balanced dry pine and zesty flavour throughout that finishes with a robust long bitterness.
Less bitterness and roast malts than INK. It’s a smooth, dark, chocolatey stout.

In the fifties, an extraordinary meeting took place that all beer enthusiasts should raise their glass of Leffe to. The abbey’s Father Abbot Nys became acquainted with Albert Lootvoet, a master brewer. Passionate about the future of the brewery, Father Nys was upset to have to witness how, since the unpleasant stay of the French revolutionaries, the brewery had slowly fallen into decline and had eventually had to close its doors in 1809. Such a magnificent place could not be forgotten, he believed, and he vowed to bring the Leffe beer back. Father Nys and the brewer set about the challenge with vigour…and succeeded. Shortly after, the Leffe brewery was back in full effect. After Leffe Brown, a beer that shone brighter than the sun saw the light of day; they named it Leffe Blond – a beautiful chapter for Leffe indeed. Leffe Blond is the flagship of Leffe. The unique recipe is the fruit of centuries of experience in the art of brewing, which brings a broad palette of aromas into balance. It is elegant, smooth and fruity, and it has a spicy aftertaste with a hint of bitter orange. Its light, sunny colour is due to the use of pale malt. Leffe Blond contains 6.6 % alcohol and fits excellently with a wide variety of dishes. It is best at a temperature of 5° to 6° Celsius. A thirst-quenching aperitif, for those relaxing moments with friends and family.

WHAT THE HELLS? THANKS FOR ASKING. Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles – Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it’s the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree. Clean and refreshing with a dry hop finish. taste the great depth of flavour that comes from the long, slow maturation in tank. This is how a great lager should taste. This is the beer Camden Town was born to brew. Combining two of our favourite beer styles into one, we take the crisp, dry body of a German-style Pilsner and give it the gentle hopping of a Helles to create the beer we really want to drink – this beer is the reason we decided to start a brewery.

WE LOVE OUR AMERICAN COUSINS. But sometimes they can be kind of full on. So we’ve crafted this beer to more British tastes. Made with American hops, it’s still got all the punch of a pale ale. Just less shouty.

Eternal Rays should be enjoyed whilst wiling the summer away. Gluten Free Product

Expect a rich, velvety mouthfeel and layers of vanilla so smooth it could squash supermarket squabbles with a single sip.

This luscious Australian pale ale is named after a hop variety from down under, rather than a reference to the outer reaches of the Solar System where C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate (so we’re told). However, it is still a celestial glass of beer with its deep orange golden colour being the launch-pad for a vibrant nose of citrus, stone fruit (peach?), ripe mango, papaya and pine (a pine forest after a rain shower) followed by a more tropical fruit, ripe peach, white grape and biscuity malt on the palate before its bittersweet and tantalisingly dry finish.
Serving Sizes: 330ml Can
Ripe mango and freshly squeezed grapefruit notes jump out of a glass of this captivating English Pale Ale before finishing with a clear bitterness and lasting dryness. BA Flanders Red with Smoked Plums Harking back to one of our earliest releases, Blood Eagle returns! A cross between a Flanders Red and a British stock ale, brewed with a mixture of crystal, amber and rye malts. Primary fermentation was undertaken with one of our favourite Brettanomyces blends, in addition to our house culture of yeast and bacteria. This beer was then blended (70/30) with a one-year-old stock ale aged in red wine barrels. We transferred this blend onto 200g/l of this seasons Victoria plums. A portion of these plums were smoked over wine barrel staves at the brewery. The resulting beer is complex and vinous with a subtle smoke.

English: Peroni has been produced in Italy since 1846, always following the original recipe and using the best ingredients. Brewed to suit the Italian palate with low but present fruity and floral notes, complementing the bitterness and sweetness, followed by a clean after taste.

Czechvar in North America. Our premium pale lager is beer for real connoisseurs. The first-class female cones of top-quality Saaz hops, pure clean natural water from 300-metre deep artesian wells and carefully selected grains of a unique cultivar of Moravian barely make the premium lager a drink for real beer experts. A 750-year long tradition of brewing the original Beer from Budweis and a unique 90-day long maturing period amplify the beer’s exceptionality even more. Budweiser Budvar Premium Pale Lager can thus be savoured with all the senses. Firstly, your eye can see its beautiful golden colour and rich thick head, then you can smell its mild hop aroma and feel the misted glass in your palm, and finally use your taste buds to savour its mild medium-strong bitterness. Our premium pale lager will forever impress in your mind.

Here at Collective Arts, we want everyone to come to the party! That’s why we created this Pale Ale that was brewed as a traditional New England Hazy Pale Ale. It contains a unique yeast that brews a very low alcohol version of our classic hoppy beer. Using Mosaic and Citra hops, this brew is citrusy with tropical fruit hop aromas and bright red berry notes. Pairs perfectly with a good time.
To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness. The resulting product is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, just without the alcohol, featuring the same dark, ruby red liquid and creamy head, hints of chocolate and coffee.

The latest release of our AF lactic fermented sour beer, made with strawberry, cherry and limes. This is the fourth iteration of Sorbetto – as with previous iterations, the cherry and lime base gives a strong and punchy backbone to the beer , and this time with overlaid it with strawberry. The combination has worked wonderfully, giving a highly pleasing, lightly acidic AF sour beer.

A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
