There are two lodges at the Star which are operated by Outdoor Inns. These cosy lodges each have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with their own kitchen and lounge facilities. Our original CabInn was put on this earth to do 1 thing – get groups of friends to explore English pubs. All you need to know is that it’s warm, comfy, big enough for 6, stumbling distance from an exceptional British pub and has access to a network of captivating walks in the local area.

The Lidgate Star

The pub is open from 16:00 to 23:00 on Mondays to Fridays and from 12:00 to 23:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pizzas are served from 18:30 until 22:00 on Mondays to Fridays and from 17:00 until 22:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Cold plates such as charcuterie boards and filled rolls are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. We are launching a new weekend menu in late 2024.
